A full-time SLP position is available within a smaller public school district located in the northern suburbs of Denver, Colorado. This district serves approximately 7,000 students across 16 sites and offers welcoming opportunities for both new graduates and experienced speech-language pathologists. The role will focus on providing speech-language services in a moderate to severe needs center-based classroom for K-8th grade students.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain detailed service notes and documentation
- Manage caseloads independently when students receive speech services exclusively
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure or documentation of the CDE application process
- Experience or enthusiasm to work with mild to severe speech and language impairments in a school setting
- Completion of CF supervision can be provided in this role for Clinical Fellows
- This district does not accept Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- A 1530 minute screening via video call with the director of integrated services
- A 3045 minute panel interview, ideally onsite but with flexibility for virtual participation
- This is a contract position situated in Englewood, CO (near Thornton for the specific site)
- Speech therapy minutes are scheduled monthly
- The district does not accept VOCO/hybrid models or contract nursing services
- Candidates relocating or currently in the CDE credentialing process should provide status updates upon application
