School Psychologist – Spring Hill, KS

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and student-centered School Psychologist to join a supportive district team in Spring Hill, KS. This role focuses on supporting student learning, emotional well-being, and behavioral success through comprehensive evaluations, collaboration, and intervention planning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
Interpret assessment data and write clear, compliant reports
Participate in IEP, eligibility, and 504 meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
Support MTSS/RTI processes and data-driven interventions
Develop and assist with behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Assist with crisis response and threat assessments as needed
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active Kansas School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
Strong knowledge of assessment practices and special education law
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous school-based experience
Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks
Experience working with diverse student populations
