Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to join our team. This is an onsite-only position (NO VOCO) where you will play a vital role in providing specialized instruction and support to students with hearing impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct instruction to students in a classroom setting.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Utilize various teaching strategies and technologies to accommodate students' unique learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Qualifications:
- Certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education.
- Experience working with students with hearing impairments preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
- Must be able to pass the following:
- Background Check

- Fingerprinting
