Key Qualifications:
- Valid DHH Educator certification required

Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction directly to students on a 1:1 basis, supporting their academic and communication goals outlined in their IEPs
- Provide instructional sessions Tuesday through Friday for 1 to 1.5 hours each day
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to ensure holistic support for each student
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate regularly with parents and staff
- Use effective teaching strategies and adaptive methodologies suited to students with hearing differences
