Key Qualifications
- Current certification as a Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) Educator
- Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment
- Deliver targeted, 1:1 instruction for students according to each IEP
- Work onsite, part-time, for 1 to 1.5 hours daily, Tuesday through Friday, ensuring focused attention on each student’s goals
