Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological testing and evaluations to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with complex needs
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop appropriate interventions and support strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with educational and legal requirements
- Provide expert guidance on behavioral and learning challenges related to severe disabilities
- Travel between assigned school sites as necessary to fulfill caseload demands
Qualifications:
- Licensed School Psychologist with experience working with students who have intense disabilities
- Proficient in administering and interpreting assessments for non-verbal and physically impaired students
- Familiarity with assistive technology communication devices
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads in a dynamic school environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
