School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Annapolis, Maryland

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated experience as an SLP within school settings
• In-depth knowledge of IEP development, student progress monitoring, and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and teams
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnose speech and language disorders in K-12 students
• Design and deliver individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student growth and success
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, aligned with each student’s goals
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
