School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Annapolis, Maryland

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience within a school setting, working with diverse student populations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual and group needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators
