A Braillist is needed at the Verndale location in Anoka to support students who are blind or visually impaired throughout the district.

Job Information:

• Full-time, onsite

• MondayFriday

• 8-hour workday

• Dates: September 29, 2025 June 5, 2026

• Location: Verndale Site, Anoka-Hennepin Schools

Position Details:

• Convert printed and digital materials into Braille and tactile formats.

• Partner with instructional staff to meet accessibility needs.

• Maintain Braille embossers and other adaptive technology.

• Prioritize and deliver materials on time.

Requirements:

• Certified Braillist or equivalent training/experience.

• Familiarity with UEB and tactile graphic design.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and service providers.
