ProCare Rehabilitation is a privately owned, PT-operated network of physical therapy practices. We have 22 locations across Union, Monmouth, and Hunterdon counties in New Jersey, including our specialized Balance Center and Pelvic Health programs. We've built everything around relationships: with our patients, physicians, and each other.

This role has real ownership and flexibility from day one. You'd have a hand in shaping what recruiting looks like at ProCare, from finding talent, planning events, and telling our story. You'll be the face of ProCare at career fairs, the person keeping our pipeline organized, and the driving force behind the content and campaigns that highlight what makes this team worth joining.

The Role

As our Recruiting & Talent Coordinator, you'll own the systems and relationships that bring great people into ProCare, and you'll have a genuine voice in how the recruiting function grows from here.

• Own and maintain our student placement platform (Exxat), serving as the primary contact between academic institutions and ProCare offices for clinical student placements
• Plan and run ProCare's presence at career fairs and campus recruiting events, managing logistics and building lasting relationships with local colleges and professional programs
• Create and manage job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms; source and screen candidates for open roles across all 22 locations
• Partner with hiring managers and directors on role requirements and candidate pipelines
• Design and coordinate recruiting marketing materials alongside our marketing team, keeping everything on-brand
• Capture photo and video content at events for use in marketing and social media

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously
• Communication skills and the ability to represent & portray ProCare’s culture
• Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools; experience with recruiting or clinical placement platforms (Exxat or similar) preferred
• Basic photography/videography skills a plus
• College graduate with knowledge/experience in a related field
