We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT.
*** Reception experience is a plus ***
Job Type: Part Time with opportunity for additional hours
Location: 186 Center Street, Clinton, NJ 08809
Pay: $17.00 - 19.00 an hour
Monday- Thursday 3 pm- 8:30 pm
Will Train.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone calls with a smile and direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself
- Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in, obtain insurance information and collect any other necessary data
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physical Therapist availability
- Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our electronic EHR (Electronic Health Records)
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
