Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

ProCare Rehabilitation
Flemington, NJ Full Time
POSTED ON 7/25/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/22/2026

About the job

Pelvic health is personal. So is the way we practice.

ProCare is a privately owned, PT-operated practice with locations across New Jersey. We've built our pelvic health program the same way we've built everything else: around people. You'd be based at our clinic in Flemington, NJ to be a part of a developing pelvic health program. This is a real opportunity to grow a program with the full backing of a PT-owned practice where you would have a genuine voice in how the pelvic program develops from here. Therapists who'd like to maintain a hybrid caseload can treat orthopedic patients as well.

The Role

As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at ProCare, you'll provide skilled and compassionate care for patients navigating deeply personal conditions. We’ll provide you with the time, privacy, and clinical support to do it right.

● Step into an established pelvic health caseload with a strong physician referral network

● Evaluate and treat the full scope of pelvic health: urinary and bowel dysfunction, pelvic

pain, prenatal and postpartum care, and post-surgical recovery

● Build individualized, evidence-based care plans rooted in clinical reasoning and genuine

patient relationships

● Collaborate directly with referring OB/GYNs, urologists, urogynecologists, and primary

care physicians

● Educate and empower patients through some of the most personal challenges they'll

ever bring to a provider

What We Offer

● We'll invest in your continued pelvic health education, including Herman & Wallace coursework and advanced certifications.

● You'll join one of New Jersey's largest PT-owned outpatient practices, with more than 20 locations and leadership that actively invests in specialty programs

● Competitive salary with a monthly bonus program

● Manageable caseloads that protect quality of care

● A professional treatment environment built for sensitive patient needs

● Health, dental, and vision insurance

● Paid time off and 401(k) with company match

● No weekend clinical hours

● CEU reimbursement, including support for advanced pelvic health training and certifications

● Structured mentorship and a ramp-up period built around confidence, not quotas

● A flexible full-time schedule designed for sustainable clinical work

What We're Looking For

● Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license

● Pelvic health training required; 1–2 years of pelvic health experience and Level 1 & 2 certification (e.g., Herman & Wallace) preferred

● Strong communication and patient education skills, with professionalism, empathy, and discretion

● A collaborative mindset and a desire to keep growing clinically

Why This Role Matters

Pelvic health patients need a therapist with the time to hear them, understand what they're experiencing, and help them move forward with dignity and confidence. Providing that type of care to patients is exactly the type of care we've built ProCare around. If you're looking for a place where physical therapy still feels personal, skilled, and deeply meaningful, we'd love to talk.
