Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and relationship development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion
• Sell across multiple service lines, including staffing, project-based solutions, and offshore capabilities
• Assess client needs and recommend the appropriate delivery model (staffing, project, hybrid, offshore)
• Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to move candidate pipelines into client submissions
