Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across all role levels.

• Lead and develop an internal talent acquisition team.

• Build and execute employer-branding and recruitment-marketing strategies.

• Create and maintain hiring metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.

• Optimize recruiting tools, workflows, and processes for scale.

• Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth new-hire transitions.

Requirements

• • Proven experience scaling recruiting operations in high-growth environments.

  • Background in employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to balance strategy and execution.
