A fast-growing healthcare technology company is seeking a sharp, hands-on operator to work directly with the COO as a true right-hand.
This is a high-impact role focused on execution, problem-solving, and helping bring structure to a rapidly scaling organization. The position blends operations, project ownership, and high-level day-to-day support, including acting as an extension of the COO in managing communications and follow-ups when needed.

Responsibilities
• Work directly with the COO to manage priorities and keep key initiatives moving
• Drive projects forward across departments, ensuring strong execution and follow-through
• Step in to handle escalations and solve problems as they arise
• Help bring structure, organization, and accountability to internal processes
• Draft communications and responses on behalf of the COO, including handling portions of email flow
• Act as an extension of the COO in day-to-day matters, helping manage incoming issues and follow-ups
• Coordinate across teams to ensure clarity and strong execution
• Take ownership of high-priority tasks that don’t clearly fall into one department
• Provide hands-on support where needed to keep things running smoothly
• Learn internal systems quickly and help improve workflows over time
What We’re Looking For
• Strong operator who can both think and execute
• Experience in a software-driven, technology-enabled, HCM, or systems-heavy company environment strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating at a high level while also handling day-to-day details when needed
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, professional responses on behalf of leadership
• Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
• Low ego, hands-on mindset willing to jump in wherever needed
• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working closely with senior leadership is a plus
• Familiarity with business systems, workflows, and process improvement
