Nursing home group is seeking an experienced LNHA to lead a facility in the Bronx, NY. The Admin will be responsible for the overall management of the nursing home, including the administration of patient care, financial operations, and personnel management. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership and management background as an Administrator in the nursing home industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including patient care, financial operations, and personnel management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the nursing home
- Manage the budget of the nursing home
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training operations.
- Maintain a safe, clean and friendly environment for patients and staff
- Advocate for the rights of patients and staff
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and the community
Qualifications:
- NY State licensure or certification as a nursing home administrator
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in nursing home administration
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
