Full-Time Nanny & Family Assistant

Broadview Heights family seeking a long-term Nanny/Family Assistant to support their four children (ages 9, 8, 6, and 2) and help keep the household running smoothly. This role combines childcare and family assistant responsibilities and is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys being an integral part of a family's daily life.

We are looking for a caring, active, and dependable nanny with experience caring for multiple children, including toddlers, and supporting a range of developmental needs.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a seasoned professional with several years of experience who is interested in building a long-term relationship with our family.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Occasional flexibility for date nights or after-school events would be appreciated

About the Children

• Four children ranging from toddler to school age. The household is active, structured, and full of life.
• The children thrive with structure, consistency, and encouragement. The older three children are generally self-sufficient and do not require constant hands-on care, but benefit from a trusted adult who can help keep routines on track, provide guidance, and offer support when needed.

Responsibilities / Childcare Duties

• Provide attentive, loving care
• Plan and implement creative age-appropriate learning activities and routines
• Prepare meals/snacks(occasionally breakfast, lunch daily)
• Encourage good manners, routines, and positive sibling relationships
• Encouraging independence and accountability
• Supporting homework completion when needed

Family Assistant Duties

• Children's laundry and bedding
• Unpacking backpacks after school
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Daily kitchen reset and light household organization as it relates to the children
• Vacuuming high-traffic areas as needed
• General household support to help the week run smoothly

Ideal Candidate

Additional Requirements

• 25 years of age or older
• Non-smoker, no vaping
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits

• $21/hour , rate based on experience
• Paid as a W-2 household employee.
• PTO, sick time and major holidays off
• Guaranteed hours
• W-2 employment
• Additional paid benefits to be discussed with the final candidate
