Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Personal At-Home Health Aide to provide daily care and assistance in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will help support the client’s comfort, safety, and independence by assisting with personal care, light household tasks, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers or walking
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
- Remind client to take medications as directed (non-medical assistance only)
- Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or mood
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation to appointments if needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, CNA, or personal care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist with light physical tasks such as helping with mobility
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transportation is required)
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or chronic health conditions

- Flexible scheduling available
- May include evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts depending on client needs
