We are seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy dental practice. - Lead and support the front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a productive, efficient provider schedule with minimal gaps
- Verify dental insurance, manage benefits, and ensure accurate patient estimates
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balances
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including scheduling, production, and collections
- Utilize Open Dental to manage patient records, schedules, billing, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with office policies, HIPAA, and company standards
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Previous dental office experience required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Strong knowledge of Endo and Perio terminology and procedures
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
- Experience with insurance verification, AR, and financial reporting is a plus
- Proficiency with Open Dental software
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
