Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques.
- Deliver a wide range of treatments such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
- Utilize dental fabrication tools and techniques to create crowns, bridges, dentures, and other prosthetic devices.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws.
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their needs and educate them on oral health practices.
- Use dental office management software like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Conduct patient care activities with compassion and professionalism while ensuring patient comfort throughout procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and related fields through ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Valid dental license for Texas
- Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, some endo, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
- Great communication skills. (Patients are very receptive for recommended treatment)
- Knowledge of infection control standards and HIPAA compliance for safeguarding patient information.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
