Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with dental terminology and best practices.
• Utilize dental fabrication techniques and ensure precise dental restorations.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continued education and training.

Skills

• Proficiency with dental software Eaglesoft.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, including procedures related to pediatrics.
• Experience with oral surgery, dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental fabrication.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical imaging techniques.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
• Knowledge of infection control standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to perform procedures using aseptic techniques in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
