Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a range of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, dental extractions, and other necessary treatments.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using OPEN DENTAL SOFTWARE and ensure all documentation complies with legal and ethical standards.
- Apply aseptic techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety during all procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and best practices in the field
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience in oral surgery is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
