We are seeking a results-driven, experienced District Manager to oversee a portfolio of wireless retail locations across a defined market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build winning teams, execute at a high level, and consistently deliver against business objectives.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day performance across multiple retail locations, ensuring each store meets or exceeds sales targets and operational standards
- Coach and develop Store Managers through regular store visits, performance conversations, and ongoing feedback
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by recruiting top candidates and developing your team from within
- Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, branding, and operational standards across all locations
- Collaborate with internal teams including HR, Operations, and Marketing to support market-level initiatives
- Use data and business trends to identify opportunities, address gaps, and drive measurable outcomes
- Lead performance reviews, support onboarding, and champion a culture of continuous development
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of multi-unit retail management experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry
- Demonstrated success leading sales teams in a competitive, metrics-driven environment
- Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- A natural motivator who leads by example and holds teams to a high standard
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Additional Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays (50 hours per week)
- Regular travel between locations required; valid driver's license and proof of insurance necessary
