Title: Legal & Compliance Associate

Responsibilities:
- Monitor active client projects to identify, flag, and mitigate potential compliance risks
- Provide real-time guidance and advisory support to internal delivery teams
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders on strategic initiatives to enhance compliance frameworks and industry best practices
- Design, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to protect clients and the business
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and operational excellence
- Develop and deliver training (both live and virtual) to educate teams on compliance standards and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- 1–3 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, risk, consulting, or operations
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
