Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a team of insurance agents
- Train and mentor agents in business development and client service
- Build relationships with local businesses and professional partners
- Lead weekly team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions
- Track team activity and production to ensure consistent growth
- Support agents in the field through joint appointments and coaching
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and success
Ideal Candidate
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Sales, business development, or recruiting experience helpful
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
