About the Role:
We're looking for a Founding Go-to-Market (GTM) to scale and own the revenue engine of Prismera. As one of our first hires, you'll partner closely with the founders to shape positioning, acquire customers, and lay the foundation for scalable growth.
This role is for operators who are frustrated with legacy CRE workflows and want to sit on the front line of revenue for a fast-paced startup reshaping the industry.
What You'll Do:
- Shape and execute the full revenue cycle: sourcing, discovery, demos, contract negotiation, and close
- Define ICP, core messaging, and outbound strategy
- Establish customer success practices to ensure adoption, retention, and advocacy
- Bridge industry knowledge from users to the engineering team for product development
What We're Looking For:
- 3-6 years in commercial real estate acquisitions or asset management (preferably retail)
- Direct involvement in acquisitions and/or asset management execution, including underwriting, negotiations, portfolio operations, or transaction support
- Deep understanding of the industry and pain points
- Applied, deal-facing literacy with AI/LLM-powered tools in CRE workflows
- Awareness of B2B SaaS start-ups
