The Role
This is a founding product engineering role. You will own how Prismera’s product looks, feels, and works across the entire platform: frontend systems, product architecture, interaction patterns, and the workflows enterprise customers rely on daily.
Product decisions, UX patterns, technical architecture, and feature direction are yours to drive. You will ship to production and see your work used by customers managing billions in real assets within your first weeks.
This is the stage where one engineer’s work defines the trajectory of the company.
What You'll Do
- Build and own core product workflows across the stack: frontend systems, backend services, APIs, databases, and the interfaces customers interact with daily.
- Design and ship interfaces that make complex portfolio operations, AI workflows, and enterprise data feel simple, fast, and intuitive.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify friction points, and rapidly translate operational reality into production software.
- Own product systems end-to-end: architecture, state management, component systems, performance, and the technical decisions that shape how Prismera scales.
- Design scalable data models and database schemas that become the foundation for how complex portfolio workflows and enterprise relationships operate across the platform.
- Design and build internal observability systems that give the team deep visibility into how the product is behaving in production.
- Operate with high autonomy across product, engineering, and UX.
Who You Are
- 1–4 years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong fullstack engineer with product intuition.
- You care deeply about user experience.
- Experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making product decisions independently.
- You move fast, default to shipping, and iterate based on what you learn from real users.
- Autonomous and high-ownership. You don't wait to be told what to build next.
- Strong eye for product quality, interaction design, and detail.
- Bonus: experience in financial services, real estate, AI-native products, or other domain-heavy enterprise environments.
