Role Responsibilities
- Engage and convert qualified, high-intent purchase leads
- Structure, submit, and manage loan files efficiently through our all-in-one platform
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and referral partners
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure clean, timely closings
- Stay informed on loan products, guidelines, and market changes
- Uphold company standards for service quality, compliance, and productivity
Ideal Candidate Profile
You will excel in this role if you:
- Have at least 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
- Hold an active NMLS license (or are prepared to reinstate it)
- Operate with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
