We are seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers who can operate at a professional level, manage high-intent leads effectively, and uphold our standards for service, communication, and performance.

• Base Commission: $2,500/month 65 BPS
• 100% Commission: 105 BPS

Role Responsibilities

• Engage and convert qualified, high-intent purchase leads
• Structure, submit, and manage loan files efficiently through our all-in-one platform
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and referral partners
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure clean, timely closings
• Stay informed on loan products, guidelines, and market changes
• Uphold company standards for service quality, compliance, and productivity

Ideal Candidate Profile

You will excel in this role if you:

• Have at least 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
• Hold an active NMLS license (or are prepared to reinstate it)
• Operate with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
