- Originate and close residential mortgage loans
- Convert high-intent mortgage and real estate purchase leads
- Structure, submit, and manage loan files efficiently
- Communicate consistently with borrowers, Realtors, and banking partners
- Collaborate with processors, closers, and assistants for on-time closings
- Stay current on mortgage guidelines, loan products, and market trends
- Uphold compliance, service excellence, and production standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
You're a strong fit if you:
- Have 1 year experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer / MLO
- Hold an active NMLS license (or can reinstate quickly)
- Have a banking, mortgage, or real estate lending background
