- Greet Guests
- Utilizing wait list and advise of realistic wait times
- Menu knowledge and making suggestions while guests wait
- Accompanying guests to their seat
- Answer phones and handle guest concerns
- Assist restaurant with any needs they have
Qualifications:
- 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Energetic and personable
- Willing to adapt and work in multiple areas when needed
