Primary Responsibilities
- Assist executives with calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, expenses, documents, records, and followthrough.
- Prepare and edit presentations, spreadsheets, agendas, communications, notes, and trackers.
- Maintain organized files and protect confidential executive, personnel, Board, financial, vendor, and company information.
- Enter authorized purchase orders into NetSuite accurately and promptly.
- Review purchaseorder information for completeness and resolve missing or inconsistent details with the responsible merchant.
- Process approved purchaseorder changes and maintain accurate supporting records.
- Track vendor acknowledgments, delivery information, open issues, and purchaseorder backlogs; raise discrepancies promptly.
- Work with Merchandising, Finance, Operations, Receiving, store leadership, and vendors to exchange information and resolve issues.
- Assist with leadership meetings, company events, and peak business periods as needed.
- Two or more years of relevant administrative, purchasing, merchandising, or retail operations experience.
- Experience entering and maintaining purchase orders in an ERP or inventory system; NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, initiative, and consistent followthrough.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and complete work accurately without repeated direction.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
