- Maintain a reliable marketing calendar tied to business priorities, product launches, University moments, events, and seasonal selling periods.
- Improve the consistency and quality of customerfacing communications across email, ecommerce, social media, signage, events, and stores.
- Coordinate the timely development, review, approval, and posting of content.
- Partner effectively with Merchandising and Ecommerce to support product storytelling, promotions, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital content.
- Help prioritize the work of the Digital and Production Designer so creative, signage, digital, print, and campaign materials are produced accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate the company marketing calendar, campaign workflow, content deadlines, approvals, and followup across stores, ecommerce, email, social media, events, and promotions.
- Draft and coordinate customerfacing communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, promotional messaging, event notices, product storytelling, website copy, and social media content.
- Partner with Ecommerce and Merchandising to support product launches, seasonal stories, homepage updates, landing page copy, category messaging, and promotional content.
- Supervise and coordinate the daytoday work of the Digital and Production Designer, including creative requests, signage, digital assets, print materials, presentation support, and light edits when needed.
- Use basic performance information from email, ecommerce, social media, campaigns, and sales to identify practical improvements to content, timing, messaging, and execution.
- Use AIenabled tools and practical technology solutions to increase marketing capacity, streamline content planning, support drafting and editing, organize workflows, and improve speed and accuracy without replacing judgment, approvals, or brand standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Merchandising, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, retail marketing, customer engagement, ecommerce content, social media, or campaign coordination.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating email marketing, digital content, social media, promotional communication, or customerfacing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, approvals, and crossfunctional requests in a small, handson environment.
- Practical understanding of how marketing supports sales, customer engagement, product storytelling, and retail execution.
- Comfort using AIenabled tools and marketing technology to improve organization, drafting, workflow efficiency, content planning, and productivity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common marketing, content, email, social media, or project coordination tools.
- Light editing ability in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is helpful.
- Familiarity with ecommerce environments is helpful. Experience with NetSuite, SuiteCommerce, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Help coordinate marketing for an iconic retail institution.
- Work across stores, ecommerce, events, product storytelling, and customer engagement.
- Partner directly with senior leadership while working closely with Merchandising, Ecommerce, Store Teams, and creative production.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
