Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project plans for client-related work.
- Document, review, and follow through on project plans and deliverables.
- Lead project meetings with clear agendas, document minutes, and track actions.
- Perform end-to-end coordination of projects with internal stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
- Monitor and control project progress, including scope, cost, and schedule, and track changes using organizational tools.
- Ensure timely project delivery without compromising quality.
- Escalate issues/risks to stakeholders as needed.
- Document and publish issues, risks, and meeting notes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure project-related artifacts are current and stored in prescribed locations.
- Develop, document, and share weekly/monthly status reports with stakeholders.
- 5 years of core project management or business analysis experience.
- Experience managing diverse project teams globally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing SWIFT projects with a strong financial domain background.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- PMP or Scrum certification.
- Prior experience managing projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
