About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) practice. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, managing and supporting network infrastructure across multiple clients while ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Provide client-facing support and act as a technical point of contact for network-related inquiries.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Manage and secure network access, permissions, and configurations.
• Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute network projects.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role within an MSP environment.
• Hands-on experience with networking hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network , etc.) preferred.
