We are seeking a full-time SMB Account Manager to join our team in Brick, NJ. This on-site role focuses on managing and growing relationships with small and medium-sized business clients. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams, conduct market research, and maintain customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.
