Job Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and processes to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Document inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions, and track their resolution.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and contribute to the implementation of preventive measures.
- Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presenting findings to management.
- Support training initiatives related to quality policies and procedures for project personnel.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and promote a culture of quality.
- Participate in internal and external audits of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and accessible.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field or related discipline preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the energy, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
- Physical ability to perform inspections in various weather conditions and construction environments.
