Compensation: $175,000 – $220,000

This is a law firm attorney role focused on healthcare regulatory and transactional work, including digital health and telehealth.

Candidates Must

Be a licensed attorney (JD required)

Have 5 years of healthcare law experience

Have Experience With Regulatory Compliance And Healthcare Transactions

This role is not suitable for:

General corporate attorneys without healthcare experience

Litigators without regulatory or transactional exposure

Candidates without healthcare subject matter expertise

About The Opportunity

We are working with a law firm seeking a Healthcare Attorney to advise clients at the forefront of digital health, telemedicine, and healthcare innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Advise on regulatory compliance (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA)

Support healthcare transactions including M&A and joint ventures

Advise on multi-state telehealth regulations and licensing

Draft and negotiate healthcare-specific agreements

What We’re Looking For

5 years of healthcare regulatory and transactional experience

Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws

Experience with digital health or telehealth clients

Strong drafting and advisory skills
