Be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Have 8–15 Years Of Personal Injury Experience
Have experience managing high-volume pre-litigation caseloads
Have Experience Overseeing Case Workflows Or Team Members
This role is not suitable for:
Litigation-focused paralegals without pre-litigation experience
Candidates without high-volume case management experience
Entry-level or junior paralegals
About The Opportunity
We are working with a legal tech company seeking a Lead Paralegal to manage a high-volume caseload and serve as the primary liaison with partner law firms. This role combines case management, team oversight, and process improvement in a fast-growing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage 120–220 active personal injury cases simultaneously
Serve as primary contact for partner law firms
Oversee case managers supporting your caseload
Review and prepare demand packages
Manage case timelines, prioritization, and workflow
What We’re Looking For
8–15 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
Experience managing high-volume caseloads
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
