SourcePro Search has a great opportunity for a mid-level Healthcare Attorney with our large firm client’s Life Sciences Practice. The successful candidate will have strong academics and 2-4 years of large firm experience in healthcare regulatory and healthcare transactional work, with specific expertise handling healthcare transactions and providing advice relating to fraud and abuse (including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute), HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, licensure and certification, and the corporate practice of medicine.
