Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Transactional Healthcare Attorney for a leading national law firm with offices in New Jersey, New York.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an attorney with 6 years of transactional healthcare experience to advise healthcare providers, hospitals, physician groups, investors, and other healthcare organizations on a wide range of sophisticated corporate and regulatory matters.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 6 years of transactional healthcare law experience.
- Experience handling healthcare transactions, mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
- Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex client matters in a collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $300,000–$520,000 (commensurate with experience)
