SUMMARY OVERVIEW
The Sales Representative supports sales operations by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospective clients, and maintaining accurate sales activity records. This role collaborates closely with the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing to strengthen client relationships, support revenue growth, and execute sales processes efficiently. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is interested in developing a long-term career in sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities and ensure timely, professional communication with prospects and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales process; collect and document all required client information.
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients through email, phone, and social channels.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
- Provide sales activity metrics, reports, and insights to the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Identify key decision-makers and share relevant account insights in a timely manner.
- Document all sales interactions and maintain complete, organized CRM records.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to advance organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain a personal book of business to support sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales support or sales role.
- Associate degree (2-year) or bachelor's degree (4-year) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve desired results.
- Strong organizational, planning, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire airport credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, etc.)
