Inside and Sales Representative
Job Summary:
In this introductory sales role, you will be responsible for the sales of automotive and residential audio/visual equipment and services for a variety of customers in their respective markets. We are looking for a motivated person to manage existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Learn to generate quotes and orders for customers, correspond professionally
- Answer phones, act as a back up to warehouse manager for shipping and receiving
- Learn product line to be able to determine the right products that meet the clients needs and objectives
- Learn to negotiate billing if necessary to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Follow up with all clients through thank you letters and post event service evaluations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Efficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, both oral and written: is clear, concise and sincere
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume team environment
- High degree of ownership and self-initiation skills as well as a positive professional demeanor
- A Team Player
