You'll work closely with project leaders, vendors, and field operations teams to ensure business initiatives are executed successfully. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining vendor relationships, tracking project performance, monitoring budgets, and supporting operational goals through data-driven analysis and process management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships to support operational and project objectives.
- Analyze business processes and operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track project goals, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and business insights.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to support financial accountability.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to gather requirements and resolve operational challenges.
- Document business processes, project updates, and operational recommendations.
- Support project managers and directors with planning, scheduling, and performance tracking activities.
- Assist with vendor evaluations, contract-related documentation, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of project records and operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, project coordination, or a related role.
- Experience supporting field operations, operational projects, or vendor management activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and project lifecycle processes.
- Experience tracking budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with ERP systems, project management software, or business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
- Experience preparing business documentation, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
