Primary Services is actively recruiting for an experienced OCM Analyst to support a large enterprise client. This role plays a pivotal part in driving agility and transformation initiatives within the IT organization. As an OCM Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, tools, and plans to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and frameworks across multiple teams. This position combines strategy, execution, and communication to enable successful organizational change at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Implement organizational change management strategies and tools to support IT projects and operations.
- Drive adoption and alignment of change methodologies across multiple teams and departments.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop leadership alignment plans to ensure engagement and support.
- Design and execute communication and engagement strategies to promote awareness and participation.
- Perform change impact analyses to assess business readiness and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Lead training needs analysis and coordinate the development of change-related training materials.
- Develop and monitor change measurement metrics to evaluate adoption and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent application of change management practices.
- Promote agile principles and adaptability within teams to enhance organizational responsiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT change management, with at least 2 years focused on large-scale IT initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex change programs in matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for documentation and presentations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience developing and executing training, communication, and measurement strategies to drive adoption.
