- The OCM Lead is responsible for driving the organizational change strategy for the S/4HANA program, ensuring user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and smooth business transition. The role focuses on communication, impact assessment, engagement, and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy for the S/4HANA program.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.
- Drive communication planning, leadership alignment, and end-user engagement.
- Support business process changes, operating model alignment, and change adoption activities.
- Monitor change readiness and proactively address resistance or adoption risks.
- Coordinate with Training and PMO teams to ensure seamless business transition.
