Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Client Services Associate for a large and well-established client in the energy sector. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will support business development by working closely with internal sales teams, pricing analysts, and third-party partners. This role requires precision, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of commercial energy processes to deliver seamless service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process commercial energy contracts with complete and correct information.
- Respond to internal sales teams, brokers, and external clients via email, instant messaging, and phone.
- Coordinate and fulfill requests for energize, de-energize, and priority transactions.
- Research and provide requested documentation, including ESI IDs, billing records, and contract copies.
- Interface with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Utilize systems such as iEnergy, SAP, ERCOT portal, TDSP portal, and Microsoft Office tools to manage workflows.
- Ensure all activities comply with electric market rules and internal standards for accuracy and timeliness.
- Support special projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education may offset experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, issue resolution, or client-facing support roles.
- Experience in electric or utility markets preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP, iEnergy, ERCOT portal, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to process detailed information with high accuracy.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Basic understanding of commercial energy processes or willingness to learn quickly.
