Selah Financial Services is hiring a Client Service Associate to join our growing, fast-paced team in Friendswood, TX.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and execute the new account process from start to funding
• Prepare, track, and follow up on paperwork with 98% accuracy
• Manage online forms and ensure timely completion
• Serve as a key point of contact for client phone inquiries
• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and event follow-ups
• Support advisors by managing incoming calls and protecting their time
• Maintain database updates, process address changes, scan statements, and prepare packages
• Track in-progress cases and proactively resolve bottlenecks
• Meet or exceed compliance standards in a highly regulated industry
This role requires strong multitasking ability, excellent organization, and unwavering attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in an administration role (financial services experience is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
