About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Services Associate to join our Houston office and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
This is a non-advisory, non-sales role focused on client service, operations, and administrative support. You’ll work closely with advisors and the operations team to ensure client requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls and requests with professionalism and warmth
- Act as a liaison between clients, the firm, and third-party custodians
- Open and maintain client accounts; prepare and process required documentation
- Support new client onboarding, including account setup and fund transfers
- Provide administrative and operational support to advisors
- Maintain and update portfolio management and CRM systems
- Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and prospective client presentations
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for the advisory team
- Assist with bookkeeping and select tax-related processes
- Coordinate client communications, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Support client relationship efforts through thoughtful outreach (e.g., milestone recognition)
- Handle general administrative tasks and help keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to use basic Excel formulas and manage datasets
- Quick learner with strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred)
- Experience in financial services preferred
- 1–2 years supporting a financial advisor or similar role is a plus
