Press Operator Job Duties include:

·         Operate, set up, and maintain various manufacturing presses and equipment to produce parts to specification.

·         Load and unload materials into the machine and ensure a continuous production flow.

·         Monitor press operations to ensure product quality, consistency, and adherence to production schedules.

·         Perform routine quality control checks and inspect finished parts for defects, making necessary adjustments to the machine to correct any issues.

·         Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or other production specifications to set up the press correctly.

·         Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and minimize downtime.

·         Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area.

·         Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Press Operator Preferred Skills include:

·         Proven experience operating a press or other industrial manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.

·         Specific experience with 25-50 ton presses or rotary-type presses is a significant advantage.

·         Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

·         Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

·         Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

·         A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Press Operator Requirements may include:

●     Dexterous hands and good hand-eye coordination

●     Ability to stand or sit for periods of time while working

●     Ability to commute to San Jose, Ca

●     Must have 1 year of previous work experience equivalent to Press Operator

●     Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

●     Must provide 3 professional references
